Relaxation Massage
(Swedish Massage)
The ultimate in relaxation. It incorporates long gliding strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the upper layers of the muscles. This massage relaxes muscles, improves circulation, increases range of motion and stimulates the skin and nervous system. Enhances balance and harmony while creating a sense of relaxed well-being. Pressure can range from very light to light.

Deep Tissue Massage
The purpose of this massage is to loosen the fibers of the muscles while releasing the deeply held patterns of tension. The procedure removes toxins while relaxing, soothing and re-educating the muscles to operate at full capacity. It is both corrective and therapeutic, improving stamina, increasing flexibility and helping to prevent injuries. Pressure can range from medium to firm throughout.

Pregnancy Massage
This soothing and relaxing massage focuses on reducing tension in the areas affected by pregnancy. By increasing circulation, this massage will reduce swelling, back pain and leg cramps. All products used are safe for mother and baby. Pressure can range from very light to light.

Hot Stone Massage
Heated, smooth stones are placed on certain points on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body. The warmth is comforting. Hot stone massage is good for people who have muscle tension but prefer lighter massage.
